so, according to The Bourne Ultimatum last night, CIA can have direct, live feed from CCTV in Waterloo station without any permission asked from the British (also send a sniper on the spot who can move freely, enter locked doors and get the job done).
Too pity they couldn't do the same in Stockwell tube station so that we find out at last what the hell really happened to Menezes

Moby tunes are really catchy. That background beat is something of a trademark.
